Observations: There are 2 variants: Basecamp and Basecamp Classic (the older version).  Basecamp as one of the first in the space is a rock solid basic collaboration tool with all necessary features which are intuitive to use.  Perfect for projects is that there are no user limits.  This is our defacto recommended starter PM Tool.
