As I see it, AI will help PMs to reduce workload by removing tedious administrative tasks and allow them to focus on adding real value. PMs who are motivated by adding value and delivering earlier and cheaper will flourish in the AI world and have nothing to fear, unlike those who just love moving paper and writing reports!

I do wonder about the future of the city centre. If our communities need less office space, and retailers shift to a showroom-only model to support online sales, will cities become much more residential?
